Terms & Conditions

1. All entrants must be resident in the UK and 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Borders Sport and Leisure Trust.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. To enter the competition you must Like the TriFitness Facebook Page between 12.00am on the 1st December and 11.59pm on 31st December 2011. Any Likes before or after these dates and times will not be included in the prize draw.

6. Facebook Likes will be noted at 9pm on 30th November 2011. Any person included on this list will not be included in the prize draw.

7. The closing date is as specified in the competition, and Border Sport and Leisure Trust reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

8. If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. You can find out who has won the competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition (TriFitness Facebook Competition) to The Marketing Manager, Borders Sport and Leisure Trust, Unit 6 Tweedmill Business Park, Selkirk TD7 5DZ, after the closing date.

10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Borders Sport and Leisure Trust may require.

11. The draw will be made by the Marketing Manager of Borders Sport and Leisure Trust on the 6th January.

12. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

14. This competition is being run by Borders Sport and Leisure Trust, Unit 6 Tweedmill Business Park, Dunsdale Road, Selkirk TD7 7DZ

15. Borders Sport and Leisure Trust reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Borders Sport and Leisure Trust may also create terms and conditions which will apply to the competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended terms and conditions.

16. The prize is membership to TriFitness for 1 year. Membership will start on the 16th January 2012 and will end on 15th January 2013. There can be no break in the membership period.

17. Membership is subject to the winner completing a full induction with TriFitness staff.

18. Borders Sport and Leisure Trust reserve the right to abandon the competition if 500 Likes are not achieved by the 12.00am on the 31st December 2011
