JOIN IN TO FEEL THE BENEFIT

Trifitness members can benefit from a huge range of fitness classes, with new options regularly added to our programme.  Join us to take part in our high-intensity, low impact spin sessions, or one of the high-energy classes in our purpose-built, air-conditioned studio.  Our friendly staff also run small group training sessions including Shape (to help weight loss), Gain (for muscle development), Train (for endurance events) and Active (an introduction to the gym or particular activity).

Members are able to book classes 8 days in advance and pay as you go customers can book 5 days in advance.
